 Types of personality in the organization behaviors


Personality is one of the most important human aspects in an organization. There are several types of personalities can be identified in an organization. Having the right alignment of the organization culture and the personalities of its employees is very essential to have growth of the organization. If these two factors were not aligned properly, the organization will suffer in the long run.  There are seven types of personality and those are shown as below.  

·         Extrovert personality

·         Agreeable personality

·         Conscientious Personality

·         Cautious Personality

·         Self-Conscious Personality

·         Adventurous Personality

Extrovert personality

This kind of people are very friendly, and they like to work in large groups. They look very happy when working with the people. They tend to do more work while working with a group of people.

Agreeable personality

These people are more collaborate people. They can work with others, but they depend on others. They believe others integrity, character and agility. On the other hand, these people should avoid their personal aspects when working with others.

Conscientious Personality

These people are over confident and feel capable to achieve goals. They consider as over achievers when focusing on success.

Cautious Personality

They look at the problems by every possible angle before making the decision. If they are not comfortable, they will not start the task without having a discussion with others.

Self-Conscious Personality

They think about how others think about themselves. They dislike rejections and criticism. They very much bother about the judgements of others about themselves.

Adventurous Personality

This type of people has the adventurous personality. They like to seek new experiences. They dislike routines. But they tend to secure the tradition than the adventure. They like to keep the authority and they are more suitable to take risks.

 

 

Conclusion

Personalities are different from one another. In that case, Identifying the right personality is more important than just running the organization as usual. Once the understanding is built, the management can pick and use the right personality to the right situation. By doing so, the organization can easily improve the employee satisfaction , thus the labor turn over will be reduced in the long run.
