Training is major requirement of the company. Because that is fulfill the company skill gap. Most of company spend lot of money and time for training programmes. That is mean benefits of training programme is very high. Below shows the benefits of the training programme.

·         Improve employee performance

employee can get better understand about their job role by the training programme.Then confidence level of the employees is improve.  When they understand and improve about their responsibilities, they try to enhance their performance.

·         Improve worker moral

They feel of their values and organization is treat them as an appreciation of what they done. Then they have pretty confidence and satisfy the workplace.

·         Addressing weakness

Most of employees have some weakness. When that weakness of the employee’s, well address by the training. Then they will develop and reduce their weakness. They can do the works with any supervision of others.

Consistent experience and background knowledge of the employee is more important fact or for the organization. Because basic policies and procedure are important to the all employees who are in the organization. If employee are known about basic policies and procedures, financial figure of the company will be optimizing.

·         Increase productivity and adhere to the quality standard

When company required knowledge gap become low rate, productivity will be going to high value. Then efficiency rise of the work and turnover of the company will goes up.

·         Increase innovation and in new strategies and products

Training programme are encourage to creativity. Then they come up with new suggestions and that will be effect to the target achievement.

When employee feels, company is treating them well, they will not try to move to another organization. Then recruitment cost will be reduced by the employee retention.

·         Enhance company reputation

When good training culture is given good picture to industrial world, job seekers are pretend to come to the company.  So that will create good demand to the company.
