Three type of people are in organization
There are different types of people in organizations. Their personalities and characteristics are different from one another. The differentiation of the people can be measured through their Physical appearance as well as psychological changes. Having better understanding of the people’s behavior in terms of physical and psychology in vital for the growth of a oraganisation. Below shows the basic three type of people who are categorized under psychological factor.
· The free loader
· The worker
· The entrepreneur
The free loader
These people are looking for an income, not a job. They are trying to get the money until they have it. Most of the time, top level in the company belongs to this category. They do not like work under pressure. If they feel that they get pressurized, they will not achieve the targets or goals as desired.
The worker
Same as the name, they like to work harder than free loaders. Those are looking for a job. They wish to survival of financial situation and living with honesty. They have high sense of commitment and responsibility than freeloader. They will not tend to work more than the initial work. In that case they have no clear idea about current situation. Therefore, they believe that they must have promotions for what they are doing in day to day life rather than doing an additional work to get the jo done. This type of workers will not have a professional career growth in the long run.
The entrepreneur
This type of people is different than other types. Money is not the main motivator for them. They want to do more than what they usually do in their day today life. Every time they like to do the things beyond expectation of the company. If they were guided by the right hand, they will get succeeded in their professional career. However, the future aspiration of them is not to stay in the organization for ever, rather they want to be entrepreneurs and have a free independent life. Organizations should focus on keeping this type of people, as they will give the positive energy to the growth of the organization

The three components of organizational success—structure, talent, and behavior—cannot stand alone and must be in balance with each other. Take a holistic view when focusing on any one of these elements to ensure one area does not become disproportionately stronger than the others.
